一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）115年8月6日臺教國署國字第1155503610號函辦理。
二、 為推動新課綱素養導向之課程與教學，以培育具備核心素養能力之學生，國教署提供國民中小學輔導員入校諮詢輔導服務，申請事宜摘要如下:
(一) 115學年度第1學期輔導員到校服務期間：自115年9月1日起至116年1月20日止。
(二) 申請日程：
１、 第1梯次：115年8月6日起至115年8月17日止。
２、 第2梯次：115年9月15日至115年9月21日止。
(三) 申請程序：
１、 登入國教署「國民教育中央輔導團跨域教學分團輔導員入校諮詢輔導平臺」（https://ctcs.cloud.ncnu.edu.tw/Pages/index.aspx ）：
(１) 登錄邀約之主題、時間與地點，每校每學期至多3次，每次至多2日；若為跨區聯合辦理，則計入主辦學校申請額度。
(２) 如同一時段有多校同時申請，以跨區聯合學校優先錄取，國教署得依學校區域性與需求性指派輔導員優先入校輔導。
(３) 審核結果以電子郵件方式通知，請學校檢核確認到校服務之日期及時間。
２、 審核通過後：
(１) 學校務請主動聯繫輔導員，討論課程安排細節，倘地處偏遠或無大眾運輸方式可抵達之學校，請適時提供輔導員入校交通及膳宿協助。
(２) 學校無須提供鐘點費與交通費；惟審核通過後，倘因學校臨時取消邀約，輔導員於學校取消前已發生之交通、住宿及其衍生之費用，由學校全額支付。
(３) 輔導員到校服務結束後7日內，學校應完成回饋意見表，未完成者國教署列入後續申請審核評估之參據。
(四) 輔導員入校方式為深度陪伴性質，非以大型工作坊或研習活動為辦理方向，爰申請人數以20人以內為佳，超過30人原則上不予通過。
(五) 檢送「國民教育中央輔導團跨域教學分團輔導員入校諮詢輔導申請說明」、「申請期程海報」及「申請注意事項海報」各1份。
