一、 依據原住民族教育法、原住民族教育師資修習原住民族文化及多元文化教育課程實施辦法、原住民族委員會115年3月11日原民教字第1150009501號函暨國立臺中教育大學115年8月13日臺中大學原民字第1152061357號函辦理。
二、 依上開規定，原住民族教育師資曾修習原住民族文化或多元文化教育課程之學分數或研習時數，得採計抵免。
三、 課程抵免適用對象以原住民重點學校或原住民教育班之所有專任教師、專職原住民族語老師、教學支援教師及聘任6個月以上之代理代課教師、鐘點教師為主。
四、 申請人應自行下載列印相關表格文件並填妥課程抵免申請表(申請表下載網址:https://reurl.cc/RRXAE9 ，並親筆簽名，且依序將畢業證書、成績單或完成研習證明及其他佐證資料(依申請抵免科目填寫順序排序)於左上角裝訂整齊，以A4信封掛號郵寄至「403514 臺中市西區民生路140號國立臺中教育大學原住民族教育及文化研究中心收」，信封封面請註記「申請原住民族教育師資課程抵免」申請時間自115年9月1日起至115年9月30日止，以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理。
五、 檢附115年第二次課程抵免申請資料及原住民重點學校清冊各1份，申請課程抵免之教師務必詳閱相關申請規定後，再行申請，如有疑問請洽承辦人員王厚仁先生(電話：04-22188199)。
