  • 依據花蓮縣政府115年4月29日府人訓字第1150079877號及府人訓字第1150083031號函辦理。
  • 其修正要點如下：
    1. 配合行政院農業委員會改制為「農業部」、行政院農業委員會水土保持局改制為「農業部農村發展及水土保持署」，及交通部中央氣象局改制為「交通部中央氣象署」，爰配合修正相關條文。（修正條文第七條、第九條、第十條、第十一條及第十六條）
    2. 為利公教人員得以兼顧家庭及工作，增訂高級中等以下學校停止上課時，有照顧停止上課之身心障礙「孫子女」或國民中學以下「孫子女」需求者，得由服務機關、學校給予停止上班之規定。又配偶或直系親屬同為公教員工時，為照顧同一子女或孫子女而停止上班者以一人為限。（修正條文第十五條）
    3. 為使基隆市政府之停止上班上課雨量參考基準值符合實際需求，爰修正「各通報權責機關停止上班上課雨量參考基準一覽表」。（修正第四條附表）
