一、 依據縣府人事處案陳銓敘部115年4月21日部法一字第1155947210號書函辦理。
二、 按服務法第15條業明定公務員兼職行為之限制規定，其中各項兼職行為應報經權責機關（構）同意、備查或免經備查之適用(例外)情形，業經銓敘部以民國112年7月7日部法一字第11255919391號令及115年1月12日部法一字第11458929632號書函分別補充規定及補充說明，並請各權責機關（構）據以就公務員兼職情形及態樣覈實認定及辦理(上開函釋已上載於銓敘部全球資訊網/人事法規/解釋函令/捌、服務/9兼職事項公職及業務項下)。
三、 為落實管理公務員兼職行為，請各機關（構）在接獲臺灣銀行股份有限公司公教保險部通知所屬人員於參加公教人員保險期間，同時參加公教人員保險法(以下簡稱公保法)第6條所定其他職域社會保險之紀錄時，應儘速依規定查明原因，並即時查核所屬人員是否從事兼職、其兼職是否踐行經權責機關（構）同意或備查之行政程序、與其定期填具之「公務員經營商業及兼職情形調查表」內容是否相符，以及是否符合服務法第15條相關規定及前揭銓敘部相關解釋，倘經查重複加保係因不符法令規定之兼職情事所致，請依服務法、公保法等相關規定本於權責妥為處理，以有效杜絕不符法令之兼職情事。
