一、 依據行政院人事行政總處115年3月27日總處給字第1154000585號函辦理。
二、 為配合中華民國產物保險商業同業公會修正，並報經金融監督管理委員會同意備查之個人海外旅行不便保險參考條款等，並自115年4月1日起實施，投保定額給付型個人海外旅行不便保險，同一被保險人投保以2張為限，且單一保險公司承保以1張為限，各保單之保險金額不得逾規定上限。富邦產險公司爰據此調整本方案國外商品組合並補充部分項目說明如下：
(一) 國外旅遊適用（計畫二及兒童國外）：「行李延誤保險」及「旅行文件損失保險」均新增定額給付最高2次之限制，保險金額分別由新臺幣（以下同）1萬元及6千元調降為6千元及3千元。
(二) 國外旅遊醫療加值型或申根適用（計畫三及兒童國外醫療加值或申根）：「行李延誤保險」及「旅行文件損失保險」均新增定額給付最高2次之限制，保險金額分別由1萬元及6千元調降為6千元及3千元；「行李損失保險」由1萬元調降為6千元。
(三) 「旅程取消保險」及「旅程更改保險」標註「實支實付」：此類保險原即採實支實付方式理賠，爰新增相關文字以茲明確。
(四) 因應旅遊不便險保險金額調降，費率亦相應酌減。
三、 有關本方案調整後之DM及要保書相關資訊，業已公告於行政院人事行政總處全球資訊網（https://www.dgpa.gov.tw ）最新消息、給與福利處「福利文康」區、公務福利e化平台及富邦產險公教員工旅遊平安卡網站(https://www.fubon.com/insurance/b2b2c/hwc/index.html ；洽詢電話：0809-019-888。
