報到時間：115年03月29日（日）7：40～8：15。

為確保考生皆能順利報到，建議考生提早預備，準時開始簽到入場。
施測說明8：15開始，請預留充足報到時間，保障考生權益。

報到地點：自強國中一樓穿堂。
考生報到時應完成下列工作：

於考生簽到表中簽到。
出示入場證，以利查驗身分(未攜帶入場證不得應試)。如果入場證遺失，應準備與報名表相同的大頭照辦理補發。

本次於一樓安排家長休息室，若有陪考需求，請家長陪同考生報到完畢後，逕至701教室休息，禁止進入二樓以上樓層，避免影響考生應試，且於施測期間禁止出入門口，請家長特別留意。
複選評量可以使用黑色或藍色的原子筆及鉛筆作答，請考生自備可能需要的應試用品，評量進行中不得向他人借用。
可使用透明墊板，但是墊板上不得有任何文字與標記。
請勿將穿戴式智慧裝置、電子手錶帶入場，以免遭到扣分(如：手機、i-watch、小米手環、小米手錶…)。
