一、	依據內政部115年2月23日台內移字第1150930559號函辦理。

二、	旨揭要點主要修正重點如下:

(一)	第1項及第3項增列鄉(鎮、市)長及直轄市山地原住民區區長應向縣政府、直轄市政府申請赴大陸地區及赴陸返臺通報表之備查。

(二)	第6項增列各機關（構）知悉赴陸人員返臺通報表有異常事項或申請人赴大陸地區後失聯者，應即時通知大陸委員會、法務部、法務部廉政署、法務部調查局、內政部警政署及內政部移民署。

三、	茲因本次修正鄉鎮市長若赴大陸地區須依法向本府(民政處)提出申請，請各鄉鎮市公所注意依規定辦理，以免鄉鎮市長受罰。
