一、 依據教育部115年2月5日教育部臺教資通字第1152700327號函辦理。
二、 數位發展部於先前公開說明5款行動應用程式存在使用風險：抖音、小紅書、微博、微信以及百度雲盤，風險情形如下：
(一) 機敏資訊：安裝後可能造成個人資料、帳號密碼、財務資訊或簽帳卡號外洩等情形。
(二) 儲存空間：安裝後可能造成資料外洩、惡意植入、占用內存空間等情形。
(三) 系統數據：安裝後可能造成生物特徵、語音辨識或身分冒用等情形。
(四) 設備定位：安裝後可能造成使用者行蹤外洩及所屬定位環境不當蒐集之情形。
