一、 依據文化部115年1月7日文創字第11430361211號函辦理。
二、 為鼓勵青少年的藝文參與體驗，促進藝文產業發展，文化部自112年起發放文化禮金，作為看國片、看表演、買書、逛博物館、手作DIY等藝文消費折抵使用。自115年起，文化禮金發放對象為13～22歲每人1,200點文化幣(1點等同新臺幣1元)。
三、 有關文化禮金領用方式如下：
(一) 誰可以領：凡出生日期在93年1月1日至102年12月31日的，具中華民國國籍或符合資格的外國人士等，皆可領取1,200點文化禮金。
(二) 怎麼領取：手機下載「文化幣」APP，輸入手機、密碼及e-mai完成註冊後點選文化禮金，輸入姓名、身分證字號、健保卡號、出生日期、居住地及戶籍地，16-22歲新增輸入「領補換類別」及「發證日期」，通過驗證即可領取使用。
(三) 如何使用：自115年1月1日起至115年12月31日止，至全國超過1萬個藝文消費點進行消費折抵。
(四) APP體驗升級：全新會員等級、蒐集徽章任務、週簽到獎勵，在探索藝文的過程中，一路升級，不僅可以獲得加碼文化幣，還有機會把聯名IP周邊商品帶回家（聯名IP周邊商品抽/贈獎規則另於文化幣官網公告）。
(五) 有哪些優惠：
１、 獨立書店點數放大：尋找貼有「本店適用獨立書店點數放大專案」識別標誌的獨立書店，每消費2點回饋1點，回饋點數最高為當年度文化禮金50%，回饋上限600點。
２、 表演藝術五折青年席位：以青年易於入手之優惠優惠價格，提供包含劃定視線優良區域之「青年席位」，以及可自由選位之「五折自由座」。
３、 結伴看國片及青春早安場：多人同行看國片，只要其中1人單次使用文化幣購票消費達350點以上，即可獲得加碼100點回饋點數，回饋次數無上限。在115年1月1日至115年3月31日期間限定推出青春早安場全時段2點送1點，消費達350點，回饋200點。
４、 單筆消費滿200點立即抽獎：單筆消費滿200點就立即抽獎，抽獎次數不限。抽獎結果於系統馬上呈現即可使用。
５、 邀請好友回饋：已領取文化成年禮金的青年，只要邀請2名好友成功領取即可獲贈30點，之後每邀請1名好友即可獲得10點，回饋無上限。
