一、 依銓敘部114年10月9日部管二字第1145883978號函辦理。
二、 本次修法重點說明如下：
(一) 第4條及第20條：修正適用對象及增訂準用對象。
(二) 第5條及第6條：規範個人與團體即時獎勵規定，並增訂獎勵方式（包括：行政獎勵、頒給獎金、獎勵品或給予公假等。）、提高獎勵額度及修正獎勵事由。
(三) 第7條：增訂即時獎勵審議機制、不重複給予相同獎勵規定及擴大獎勵對象（適用勞基法人員、駐衛警察、實務訓練人員、借調或支援人員）等規範。
(四) 第8條：配合第4條適用對象修正文字。
(五) 第9條：提高各主管機關得選拔模範公務人員名額上限，並增訂計算現有公務人員總人數之範圍。
(六) 第10條：刪除主管機關應將模範公務人員選拔審議結果函送銓敘部登記備查之規定。
(七) 第13條：增修模範公務人員及公務人員傑出貢獻獎消極資格條件，確保獎項所表彰之榮譽。
(八) 第16條：提高公務人員傑出貢獻獎總獎額（每年12名增加至15名），並刪除團體獎獎額上限規定。
(九) 第17條：增訂模範公務人員及公務人員傑出貢獻獎獲選資格遭撤銷後，經確認原獲選資格並無違誤者，其回復獲選資格之規定。
(十) 第18條：增修模範公務人員及公務人員傑出貢獻獎廢止獲選資格條件，以及增訂經依判決、懲戒、懲處結果確認廢止事由不成立者，其回復獲選資格之規定。
