  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年7月4日臺教國署學字第1140064118號函及花蓮縣政府114年7月10日府教體字第1140133698號函辦理。
  2. 依據衛福部疾病管制署監測資料，截至114年6月24日止，累計8例腸病毒感染併發重症病例，為近6年同期最高，其中5例死亡(伊科病毒11型4例、克沙奇B5型1例)，幼童感染腸病毒併發重症風險增加。
  3. 幼童於暑假安親班、夏令營、教育場館等活動機會增加，卻多數幼兒園於暑假期間亦持續上課，為降低幼童感染風險，請學校及幼兒園之教職員工，依據「腸病毒防治工作指引」及「教托育人員腸病毒防治手冊」強化腸病毒防治措施，重點如下：
    1. 教育學幼童正確之腸病毒傳染途徑、預防方法及相關知識，宣導正確勤洗手、呼吸道衛生、生病時盡量在家休息等正確防疫觀念。
    2. 提供潔淨之廁所與洗手設備(含適當數量肥皂或洗潔劑等)，並張貼正確洗手之宣導資料。
    3. 保持環境之清潔與通風，定期以500ppm濃度含氯漂白水重點消毒孩童常接觸之物體表面。
    4. 注意學幼童健康及請假情形，如發生腸病毒個案及疑似群聚事件，依相關規定即時通報主管機關，以儘速採行防治措施。
