  1. 依據花蓮縣政府114年6月23日府教體字第1140120282號函及114年6月23日府教體字第1140120322號函辦理。
  2. 因應本(114)年暑假即將來臨，學生參與水域活動頻率漸增，提醒學生注意戲水安全，避免在燥熱氣候下，無視禁止戲水活動等警告標示牌，前往河川、溪流或湖海等偏僻或人煙罕至水域嬉戲玩水，切勿輕忽開放性水域危險性，並多加宣導防溺救溺等相關資訊，如於海域發生海難需緊急救援時請撥打118專線。
  3. 請家長務必留意學生假期暑期行蹤及戲水安全，從事水域活動時，務請選擇安全地點，勿靠近危險區域，且學生應有家長陪同，避免單獨出遊。
  4. 教育部體育署針對不同學習階段的學生，所規劃設計之水中自救教學影片、e-learning等水域安全數位教材，已全數上架教育部因材網(https://adl.edu.tw/HomePage/news-detail/?Id=64 ，轉知本校教師提供教學與備課使用參考，教材內容結合生活情境，期盼透過落實水域安全教育，強化正確的自救技能及水域安全知識觀念。
  5. 內政部消防署透過優化既有系統，進一步將過往歷史案件大數據統計分析結果加值應用，並建置「民眾水域活動資訊服務網頁」（網頁連結：https://watersafe.nfa.gov.tw/watersafe/ ），強化水域安全宣導及參考。
  6. 水域安全宣導素材可上教育部體育署之學生水域運動安全網(https://watersafety.sa.gov.tw/ 的水安宣導專區下載，即可找到相關宣導資料。
  7. 為強化計畫型海域遊憩活動管理，海洋委員會前於4月23日函頒 修正《海域遊憩活動規劃與管理指引》(詳如附件)；考量 現值海域遊憩活動旺季，為能擴大宣導民眾從事海域遊憩 活動應注意事項(如告示牌、活動風險等)，以及使用免費 救生衣，提供2部宣導影片(第 一 集 ： https://youtu.be/aowT5CLpSh8 、 第 二 集 ： https://youtu.be/0Ia1yUCM8BE ，以提振國人風險自主管理 意識。
