  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年6月5日臺教國署學字第1140053013號函及花蓮縣政府114年6月6日府教體字第1140111186號函辦理。
  2. 暑假將至且國內已進入登革熱流行季節，又近期氣溫高並有降雨，疫情流行風險上升，境外移入病例亦持續新增，為降低登革熱等蚊媒傳染病之傳播風險，爰務請持續落實孳生源清除等校園登革熱防治工作如下：
    1. 暑假前請運用各種管道向教職員工生加強提醒注意，如前往登革熱/屈公病流行地區旅遊、活動、參加海外志工團等，應做好防蚊措施，包括穿著淺色長袖衣褲、使用政府核可之防蚊藥劑；另自流行地區來/返臺，請進行自我健康監測14天(潛伏期)，若出現發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛、出疹等疑似症狀，應儘速就醫並主動告知醫師旅遊活動史。
    2. 對教職員工生進行健康管理，若有疑似症狀請協助及早就醫，並落實通報(轄區衛生單位及教育部校安中心)作業；此外，可設立健康監測回報機制，以利掌握健康狀況。
    3. 完備校園環境管理(容器減量與清除孳生源)工作及做成紀錄，登革熱防治之根本為孳生源清除，爰請於暑假前預為規劃各責任區域及可動員之人力；暑假期間每週至少巡查1次，檢查室內外易孳生登革熱病媒蚊的場域及容器，落實「巡、倒、清、刷」清理步驟，並於雨後48小時儘速排定巡檢、清除積水。
  3. 有關登革熱防疫等相關資訊，請逕至衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網(http：//http://www.cdc.gov.tw 查閱或下載運用；或撥免付費防疫專線1922(或0800-001922)洽詢。
