花蓮縣114學年度國民中學學術性向資賦優異（數理類）

學生鑑定安置複選評量學生報到與應考注意事項

 

1.報到時間：114年03月29日（六）8：00～8：15。

(為能確保考生皆能順利報到，建議考生提早預備，準時開始簽到入場)

2.報到地點：自強國中一樓穿堂。

3.學生報到時應完成下列工作：

(1)於考生簽到表中簽到。

(2)出示入場證，以利查驗身分(未攜帶入場證不得應試)。如果入場證遺失，應準備與報名表相同的大頭照辦理補發。

4.本校因施工關係，無合適空間，且無多餘人力安排進行試場秩序巡查，固本次未規劃家長休息室，請家長協助考生辦理報到後先行離場，於考試結束時間再返校接回，造成不便敬請見諒。

5.複選評量可以使用黑色或藍色的原子筆及鉛筆作答，請學生自備可能需要的應試用品，評量進行中不得向他人借用。

6.可使用透明墊板，但是墊板上不得有任何文字與標記。

7.請勿攜帶穿戴式智慧裝置、電子手錶入場，以免遭到扣分(如：手機、i-watch、小米手環、小米手錶…)。

8.若有其他疑問，請洽本校輔導室8579338轉407賴仲軒組長。

9.學生座次表請參閱附檔。
