說明：

一、依據國教署113年10月23日臺教國署原字第1130121706B號函暨國立臺南大學113年10月11日南大本土字第1130020416 號函辦理。

二、日期：113年11月30日(星期六)、12月1日(星期日)，每日上午9：00至下午4：20，共計2日，12小時。

三、班別與人數：開設2班，每班100人

四、授課方式：Google Meet線上研習（課程網址將於課前通知中說明）

五、報名資格：

(一)第一順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心第一梯次至第十四梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過臺灣台語中高級認證之高級中等學校現職合格教師（以參加過第十四梯次本土語文認證輔導班為優先）。

(二)第二順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心第十梯次至第十四梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過臺灣台語中高級認證之國民中學現職合格教師。

(三)第三順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心第十梯次至第十四梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過臺灣台語中高級認證之國民小學現職合格教師。

六、報名方式：

(一)日期：113年10月28日(星期一)起至11月10日(星期日)止至全國教師在職進修資訊網(https://www4.inservice edu.tw/ )完成線上報名。

(二)課程代碼：4573187 (三)報名時，請填列正確通訊資料（含手機號碼、電子信箱及郵寄地址；若郵寄地址填寫不完全，本中心將會郵寄教材至服務學校），並確認「全國教師在職進修資訊網」登錄之個人資料是否正確，以利後續聯繫。

七、審核資格：

(一)報名截止後，依照「全國教師在職進修資訊網」報名順序，進行資格審核。審查結果請自行至「全國教師在職 進修資訊網」查詢；審查通過者，請學校據此惠予教師公（差）假出席。

(二)課程相關注意事項（含上課網址），將於開課前5個工作天以電子郵件寄送「課前通知」，審核通過者敬請留意電子信箱。
