  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年9月5日臺教國署學字第1135805502號函及花蓮縣政府113年9月9日府教體字第1130179323號函辦理。
  2. 依據衛生福利部疾病管制署疫情監測資料顯示，113年第34週(8月18日至8月24日)腸病毒門急診就診計1萬3,701人次，較前一週(1萬2,955人次)上升5.8%，且高於流行閾值，仍處流行期，請依據「113年腸病毒流行疫情應變計畫」、「腸病毒防治工作指引」、「教托育人員腸病毒防治手冊」與各地方政府之腸病毒防治工作計畫，積極整備及強化校內之腸病毒防治機制。
  3. 流感為急性病毒性呼吸道疾病，常引起發燒、頭痛、肌肉痛、疲倦、流鼻涕、喉嚨痛以及咳嗽等，但通常均在2-7天內會康復。臨床上所謂的感冒、喉炎、支氣管炎、病毒性肺炎以及無法區分之急性呼吸道疾患均有可能為感染流感病毒所引起。而估計每年流行時，約有10%受感染者有噁心、嘔吐以及腹瀉等腸胃道症狀伴隨呼吸道症狀而來。
  4. 諾羅病毒感染是引起病毒性腸胃炎的常見原因，好發於冬季、傳染力強，主要是經由糞口傳染，透過曾與病人接觸、食用遭汙染的食物或飲料等都可能造成感染，感染後1-3天開始出現腸胃炎症狀，主要症狀為水瀉、嘔吐，並可能伴隨頭痛、發燒、腹部痙攣、胃痛、噁心、肌肉酸痛等症狀，不可輕忽。
  5. 水痘為帶狀疱疹病毒引起之高傳染性疾病，初期(紅疹出現前1-2天)包含輕微發燒(37.5-39℃)、疲倦、食慾不振、頭痛及肌肉或關節酸痛等症狀，之後皮膚開始出現紅疹，漸發展成紅丘疹、水泡疹、膿泡疹，而後結痂，由臉、頭皮往軀幹四肢延伸，全身性皮疹逐漸快速顯現隨後變成水泡，最後留下粒狀痂皮（通常約於2‐4週內痊癒）。
  6. 綜上，請學校加強各項疾病防治措施，請教職員工做好自主健康管理，隨時觀察學生健康狀況，並落實定期環境消毒與重點消毒、洗手設備之維護、群聚感染處理及停課停托等防疫機制，同時宣導學生注意個人衛生習慣，落實「生病不上學」的觀念，並確實依「校園安全及災害事件通報作業要點」進行校安通報。
