一、 本校為鼓勵高國中及國小學生參與學習活動，辦理相關醫學課程及學習活動，希望達到下述幾項目的：
(一) 增進高國中生及國小學生對醫學及生物科技相關課程的認識，熟悉相關健康政策。
(二) 提前認識醫學及生物科技領域的學門，認識自己的興趣，未來選擇系所時，可以正確選擇有興趣的學門。
(三) 對大學生活的認識，經由大學教授親身體驗的傳授，建立一個正確的人生觀及價值判斷。
(四) 藉由大學生的互動鼓勵高國中生努力向學，培養成熟的心智與活潑創意的理念。活動設計除知識傳授外，亦由學生社團配合團康活動，舉辦晚會、遊戲，豐富整個學習內涵。
(五) 培養低收入戶之優秀子女，本校也盡一份力量及做到這個社會教育的責任，得免費參加營隊，期盼可以推薦相關優秀學子參與(相關資訊參閱簡章)。
