一、 依據教育部113年2月20日臺教資(六)字第1130018214A號函辦理。
二、 為避免笑氣濫用吸食危害健康，環境部以淺談笑氣對身體危害性、深入報導吸食笑氣危害健康之案例及有關該部於笑氣相關管理措施等題材，製作旨揭影片。請各校多加運用旨揭資源並加強宣導，亦可併入朝會、活動等多元管道辦理，呼籲青年學子勿因好奇心而輕易嘗試。
