一、 依據國教署113年2月20日臺教國署國字第1135500065號函暨金融監督管理委員會（下稱金管會）113年度「金融基礎教育推廣合作計畫」辦理。
二、 為推動「113年度金融基礎教育推廣合作計畫」，國教署特訂定旨揭計畫，請貴校踴躍於113年3月15日（星期五）前函報計畫書及經費申請表等相關申請文件至本府，俾憑辦計畫經費申請事宜。
三、 本案執行期程自113年8月1日至114年7月31日，推動方式如下：
(一) 組織本計畫之工作小組：成員可包含本府教育處、輔導團、推廣學校團隊、資深之推廣學校人員、金融輔導單位及具教育背景之專家學者，並定期召開推廣聯席會議。
(二) 推派各教育階段別至少1間辦理金融基礎教育執行成效良好之高級中等以下學校為推廣學校，並視申請情形優先推派社會或綜合活動領域國民教育輔導團召集學校擔任，推廣學校應配合辦理縣內金融基礎教育之相關推廣活動，並以「金融基礎教育學習架構」為基礎（高中部分，另需運用金融教育模組），配合各教育階段之教學重點及學習目標，規劃連貫且統整之金融教育課程，並轉化金管會研編之教材，運用於校內課程中。
(三) 成立金融基礎教育推廣社群：組織推廣學校團隊及縣內推動金融教育課程教師，成立推廣社群，並視需求邀金融輔導單位及具教育背景之專家學者參與。透過課程分享、社群增能活動、共同備課等方式，將金融教育教材轉化及結合課程落實經驗，推廣至本縣內公私立學校。
(四) 辦理教師增能研習及金融基礎教育相關活動。
四、 本案申請經費以新臺幣（以下同）20萬元為上限，倘有高中參與本計畫，並試辦課程模組，請敘明高中參與規劃，審核通過後，將額外核定5萬元經費。
五、 旨揭計畫經費支應下研發之教案或教材，應併成果報告提交國教署，並授權予國教署、金管會及承辦金融基礎教育推廣合作計畫之相關機構置於相關平臺，以及推廣金融教育時使用。
六、 計畫經費之編列及核銷事宜請依「教育部補（捐）助及委辦經費核撥結報作業要點」之相關規定辦理。
