重申教育部彙整之「中央各部會反詐騙（含海外打工詐騙及人口販運）宣導網站暨宣導素材一覽表（第二版）」，請學校進行分齡分眾主題式反詐騙宣導

一、依據教育部 111 年 11 月 18 日臺教學(五)字第 1110113043 號函辦理。

二、依據「新世代打擊詐欺策略行動綱領」，當前詐欺犯罪由傳統面對面接觸轉為透過資通訊網路隱匿身分詐騙。詐欺案件發生數前 5 名依序為「假網路拍賣(購物)」(含一般購物詐欺)、「投資詐欺」、「解除分期付款詐欺(ATM)」、「猜猜我是誰」及「假愛情交友」。前開詐騙手法日新月異，學生防詐意識亟待提升，以期減少詐欺損害至最低。

三、教育部業綜整各部會，共計 15 個宣導網站及 35 個宣導素材或影片連結，請學校適時融入友善校園週及課程、集會活動進行分齡分眾主題式反詐宣導。

四、提醒學校得知學生遭詐騙事件時，除直接撥打 165 外，亦可利用 165 官方網站進行網路報案。

五、另教育部前以 111 年 9 月 8 日臺教學(五)字第 1112805111 號函(本府 111 年 9 月 15 日府教學字第 1110184242 號函諒達)請全國各級學校清查學生赴海外打工遭詐騙或從事詐騙事件倘各校接獲學生出境未歸，疑似遭詐騙或從事詐騙者，請各校立即進行「校安通報」，並填報「線上表單」。

(一)校安通報：請依【安全維護事件（主類別） > 詐騙事件（次類別）> 遭詐騙事件（事件名稱）】通報（填報頁面如附件）。（註：倘有從事詐騙者，準用本事件名稱通報）

(二)線上表單：請逕至 google 線上表單「全國各級學校學生海外打工遭詐騙或從事詐騙事件通報表」填報。網址連結： https://reurl.cc/gMRem4
