自112年3月20日起，防疫如何請假

 (一) 確診(快篩陽性證明，如照片)：

1. 篩檢陽性中重症：請「公假」，並依隔離治療通知書所載日期核給日數。【請系統上傳居隔書佐證】

2. 篩檢陽性輕症或無症狀：

(1) 可進行居家辦公或線上教學者，免請假

(2) 無法居家辦公或線上教學者:持快篩陽性證明(如照片)，可請「病假」，0日及次日起5日內之病假不列入學年度病假日數計算及成績考核之考量。【系統麻煩於請假事由註記清楚，是因新冠肺炎請病假】

(3) 若第6天仍快篩陽性並有症狀者，建議可就醫看診，並取得醫生證明，可請病假，不列學年度病假日數計算及成績考核之考量。【系統麻煩於請假事由註記清楚，是因新冠肺炎請病假】

 (二)目前不支薪假(扣薪)別只有3類：1.非因公出國、2.防疫照顧假、3.疫苗接種假。

• 若為照顧確診中重症之受隔離家屬

1. 若教職員仍可居家辦公(或居家線上教學)，則不用請假。

2. 無法居家辦公或線上教學，可申請防疫隔離假(支薪)。

3. 防疫隔離假期間以家屬居隔書為準。

• 照顧12歲以下生活不能自理小孩、就讀國高中身障子女、專一至專三身障子女:

1. 若教職員仍可居家辦公(或居家線上教學)，則不用請假。

2. 無法居家辦公或線上教學，可申請防疫照顧假(不支薪)、家庭照顧假、事假、休假、補休等等假別。
