一、 響應全國電敬運動潮流，普及全國人民對電競的理解，提升我國電競技運動產業水準。
二、 主辦單位: 1.指導單位:中華民國電子競技運動協會。 2.主辦單位:新竹縣政府。 3.承辦單位:新竹縣體育會電子競技委員會。 4.協辦單位:新竹體育會、東泰高級中學。 5.贊助單位:林帝股份有限公司、威世波股份有限公司、曜越科技、超微半導體、威騰電子。
三、 競賽項目:特戰英雄、傳說對決。
四、 報名日期:即日起~112年02月28日止。
五、 決賽日期:112年03月04日、112年03月11日。
六、 競賽地點:新竹縣私立東泰高中-資訊大樓1樓電競教室。
七、 參賽資格: 競賽項目:特戰英雄。組別:青少年組。報名資格:13-15歲。報名隊伍上限:16支隊伍。 競賽項目:傳說對決。組別:青少年組。報名資格:13-15歲。報名隊伍上限:32支隊伍。
八、 報名方式:公告於【新竹縣體育會電子競技委員會】Facebook粉絲專業。

十、 競賽辦法:詳情參見「112年新竹縣縣長盃電子競技錦標賽競賽規章」如附件1、附件2。
十一、 注意事項:凡參賽選手於比賽當日必須攜帶身分證明文件以備查驗。
十二、 申訴:比賽之爭議，如規則上有明文規定及同等意義解釋者，以現場裁判之 派決為終判決，如有爭議，請總裁裁定判決不得提出異議。
十三、 特戰英豪獎金：冠軍 NT10,000、亞軍 NT5,000、季軍 NT3,000。 傳說對決獎金：冠軍 NT10,000、亞軍 NT5,000、季軍 NT3,000。
十四、 本計畫經新竹縣政府核示後由新竹縣體育會公告，修正時亦同。
十五、 賽事如遇有颱風或是其他不可抗力之天災，由大會以選手安全為考量取消活動，相關權宜措施由大會決定，參賽選手不得異議。
十六、 本企劃內容如有未盡事宜，得由承辦單位補充並公告之。
