旨揭計畫邀請STEMM(Science, Technology, Engineering Mathematics and Medicine，STEMM)領域（土木營建、建築、都市規劃、電子、電機、資訊、通訊、化學、化工材料、環工綠能、生技、醫工、醫學、藥學、機械、數學、物理）23位女性成功典範，個別拍攝每一女性工程師與科學家的成長、職場與人生故事的個人影音誌，有助國小學童、國中、高中及大學年輕學子提高榜樣之影響性，促進改變性別刻版印象，並可透過影片了解STEMM的領域，幫助學子在勾勒自己未來時，更多榜樣與深入思考，而發揮影響性。

敬邀各校老師參考平台所附北一女、弘道國中、板橋大觀國小之示範教學，使用該平台做課程教材引導學童與青少年認識STEMM領域，鼓勵學童與青少年在留言區以文字、語音或錄影方式提問，與女性工程師與科學家互動，並歡迎把教學歷程或相關成果上傳平台與大家分享。
