  • 依據花蓮縣政府111年10月4日府教學字第1110198046號函辦理。
  • 本案修正重點如下：
    1. 刪除教師證書加蓋鋼印規定。（修正條文第二條）
    2. 申請教師證書註記次專長或申請核發修畢次專長合格教師證明書之作業方式。（修正條文第七條之一）
    3. 教師證書審查會辦理事項，敘明證書類別包括：教師證書、教師證明書及證明文件。（修正條文第八條）
    4. 因註記次專長申請換發教師證書或核發修畢次專長合格教師證明書，由中央主管機關編列預算全額補助項目；併同修正附件二「教師證書、教師證明書及證明文件核發、補發或換發之收費基準」，增列「修畢次專長合格教師證明書」。（修正條文第十四條及第十四條附件二）
    5. 有不得核發、補發或換發情事之證書類別包括：教師證書、教師證明書及證明文件。（修正條文第十六條
