一、 旨揭活動係以「電腦及科技應用」為基礎之「機器大賽」，藉著電腦機器人的組裝過程中了解機械、自動控制及電腦程式等知識，搭配Arduino科技應用，提升學生解決問題的能力。
二、 競賽日期：105年7月16日(星期六)。
三、 競賽資訊：
（一） 即日起至105年7月8日中午12時止。
（二） 一律採線上報名，報名網址公布於花蓮高工(網址http://www.hlis.hlc.edu.tw ，右上角超連結。
（三） 參加【科技創客製作競賽】組於完成線上報名後，應將作品簡介及授權書於7月8日(五)下午5時前mail至arduino.hlis@gmail.com，以便印製手冊使用。
（四） 比賽隊伍需自備電腦及一套比賽器材。（因場地關係，每隊耗電不得超過150W）。
（五） 競賽地點：慈濟科技大學圖書館。
四、 競賽組別：
（一） 科技教育觀摩賽：
１、 科技創客製作競賽：依照隊伍年齡分成國小、國中、高中職及社會組。參賽作品至少需滿足下列條件：
（１） 使用科技元件如：Arduino等控制器，可以感測或互動。
（２） 具備創客的加工過程。
２、 循線自走車競走：依照隊伍年齡分成國小、國中及高中職大專組。參賽作品控制器不限制，但是車體大小與重量須符合大會規範。
五、 105年7月15日（五）下午3時至4時30分開放場地佈置，作品測試（含自走車），貴重物品請勿留置競賽場地，主辦單位不負保管責任，請參賽隊伍務必配合。
六、 競賽當日請務必攜帶下列資料表件，否則大會得依競賽辦法取消參賽資格：
（一） 切結書、授權書正本。
（二） 參賽選手身分證件(學生證、健保卡或身分證)。
七、 本次競賽結合VR(虛擬實境)活動體驗並開放縣內師生及一般民眾參觀，請鼓勵貴校親師生踴躍參與。
