一、明（108）年政府行政機關辦公日曆表3日以上之連續假期(併同例假日)計有6個，分別為農曆除夕及春節（9）、和平紀念日（4日）、兒童節及民族掃墓節（4日）、端午節（3日）、中秋節（3日）及國慶日（4日）等。
二、依「紀念日及節日實施辦法」第5條之1規定略以，紀念日及節日之放假日逢例假日應予補假。例假日為星期六者於前1個上班日補假，為星期日者於次1個上班日補假。但農曆除夕及春節放假日逢例假日，均於次1個上班日補假。復依「政府機關調整上班日期處理要點」第4點及第5點規定，放假之紀念日及節日如逢星期二或星期四將一律調整放假，除特殊情形外，以提前於前一週之星期六補行上班為原則。
三、明年農曆除夕及春節連續假期（2月2日至2月10日）原應於前一週之星期六（1月26日）補行上班，惟考量1月26日適逢108學年度大學學科能力測驗，及2月16日辦理大學術科美術組考試，如於該2日補行上班恐影響全國26萬餘名考生及家長之交通接送及陪考照顧，爰農曆除夕及春節連續假期調整於前二週之星期六（1月19日）補行上班。
四、據此，有關明年紀念日及節日補假、調整放假及補行上班情形如下：
(一)農曆除夕及春節連假為2月2日(星期六)至2月10日(星期日)：農曆初三（2月7日）因適逢星期四，爰調整2月8日（星期五）為放假日，並於1月19日（星期六）補行上班。
(二)和平紀念日連假為2月28日（星期四）至3月3日（星期日）：和平紀念日（2月28日）適逢星期四，爰調整3月1日（星期五）為放假日，並於2月23日（星期六）補行上班。
(三)國慶日連假為10月10日（星期四）至10月13日（星期日）：國慶日（10月10日）適逢星期四，爰調整10月11日（星期五）為放假日，並於10月5日（星期六）補行上班。
