一、 依據教育部113年1月17日臺教資(六)字第1130004457A號函辦理。
二、 依「動物保護法」第14之1條第1項第6款規定略以:「捕捉 動物，不得使用獸鋏」、第14之2條規定：「非經中央主管 機關許可，任何人不得製造、販賣、陳列或輸出入獸 鋏」，另第30條第1項第7、8款規定略以：「有違反第14條 之1第1項規定，使用禁止之方法捕捉動物；違反第14條之2 規定，未經中央主管機關許可，製造、販賣、陳列或輸出 入獸鋏。處新臺幣（下同）1萬5,000元以上7萬5,000元以 下罰鍰」，合先敘明。
三、 為防止傷害動物，建構全民友善動物環境，請貴單位協助 加強學校宣導，依動物保護法規定，不得使用獸鋏捕捉動 物，且任何人不得製造、販賣、陳列或輸出入獸鋏，違者處新臺幣1萬5,000元以上7萬5,000元以下罰鍰。
四、 檢送農業部禁用獸鋏宣導單張，若貴單位所轄之學校有鄰 近山區之情形，惠請針對較易發現獸鋏之淺山區域加強宣 導。
